Bellmer Successfully Closes the Acquisition of Cellwood Machinery AB

Bellmer GmbH, one of the leading international suppliers of paper and board machinery, is pleased to announce the successful closing of its acquisition of Cellwood Machinery AB, a globally recognised Swedish manufacturer of systems for wastepaper recycling and bioenergy pre-treatment.

Following the signing of the agreement in mid-September 2025 and the completion of all regulatory and contractual conditions, the transaction was officially closed at the end of October 2025.

This is a significant milestone for both companies. We are proud to officially welcome Cellwood into the Bellmer Group. Their expertise in dispersing systems and sustainable recycling technologies will further strengthen our global position and enhance the value we deliver to our customers.

Cellwood Machinery AB, with its subsidiaries in Germany, Canada, and China, as well as sales and service professionals in Vietnam and India, will now operate as part of the Bellmer Group. The integration process is already underway, with a strong focus on continuity, innovation and customer satisfaction.
